You should have received an e-mail confirming that your submission was received. Try logging in again to the web site with your e-mail address and the password you had initially entered. If you did not click the "Next" button, it is possible that the online system did not save you registration information.

When I go online to register as a speaker under "call for presenters", what questions will the "online form" be asking me so I know what to prepare?
Here's a link to a PDF that is a "sample" of the screens that you will encounter when filling out our online form. Please gather this information in advance of going online. We recommend that you type your "text" responses (i.e. for the "abstract", "description", "speaker bio", etc.) in a Word document that you save for yourself. That way you can cut-and-paste your responses quickly into the online fields. Please be sure and hit the "Next" button at the bottom before the software times-out. We are limited to a 20-minute session for online. You can sign-in to the web site later to complete your registration if you did not complete registration in the first session.

Even if you are not a computer savvy person, we still want your submission! Just print our "SampleSpeaker_registration.pdf", write your responses, and have an assistant at your office (or colleague, or friend, or family member) submit the information online for you. We apologize but given the volume of submissions we have already received, our committee cannot accept submissions for presenters via e-mail.
